We strive to provide as much information as we can to you as the homeowner. You have important considerations to make when choosing an arborist, from budget to expertise, and we want to set the tone for a great long-term customer relationship. Here are some of the most common questions we get from homeowners.
How much does it cost?
We are competitively priced and every job is different. We offer free estimates and will come look for ourselves and see how we can make it more affordable for our clients.
Are we licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed to operate throughout all of El Paso County. We have a $2 million insurance policy, that more than guarantees our clientele security in case of an accident.
Do you offer discounts?
We do! We offer a variety of discounts throughout the year. On top of Military/Senior discounts all year, our prices become more affordable in the winter months when work is more scarce.
What kind of work can be done in the winter?
Not too many people know this but winter is the best time to trim and care for your fruit trees. Maintenance while they’re dormant helps improve structural growth and blossom development for spring. Ideal months for our climate are January and February.
Besides fruit trees; we specialize in firewood sales, holiday decorating and light hanging and take down, snow removal, roof raking(snow and ice removal), gutter cleaning, Christmas tree hauling and disposal.
What do we do with the brush?
All remaining yard waste and slash is cleaned up and hauled off of your property. It is then taken to Rocky Top Resources, a local recycling facility, to be processed into mulch for consumer sale.
What do we do with the remaining wood?
All brush that is adequate size for fireplace is split, dried and sold for firewood.
How much does firewood cost?
Cost of wood depends on quality, quantity, delivery distance, and whether or not we need to stack it upon arrival.
Can the client keep the firewood?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to keep firewood for home heating purposes. Our crew can cut it to firewood size and stack it at your residence for no charge. For a small fee, logs can be split onsite, then stacked for winter.
Please contact us if there other questions or concerns you have prior to the work. We look forward to serving you.
